Spilling Well

I am bound to my conundrums;

Yet, I have a formless boundary.

I am undone; Yet, essentially

complete.

Strengthened, but still very weak.

Happy…yet naturally sad.

I am nameless;

Yet, I am also known

to be assertive.

I am passively

Silent…Yet, Loud!

Childish; Yet, grown.

I am young with wisdom; Yet

separated from my youth.

However, I am still looking into

living well.

I was lost, but also found…

Sick;  yet healthy.

We all must sip a little, from life’s living well.

Unfortunately; I will spill much of it out…

on time.

I am often aware of being nearly empty

of essence; Yet, at times

my soul Is completely full.

This paradox of experience

is eternally new

for me…

Isn’t it the same for you?
